Who we are

Go Hands Free is run by Artiom. If you have any question about your data, email artiom@gohandsfree.co.uk.

What we collect and why

If you email us: your name, email address and whatever you write, so we can reply.
If you book a call: the booking page is run by Calendly. It collects your name, email and any details you add, so we can hold the call.
If you become a client: the details needed to set up and run the service, and to bill you.

We use this information because you asked us to get in touch, or to take steps towards (and then deliver) a service you've asked for. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for anything else.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the business: Zoho (email), Calendly (bookings) and, for clients, our messaging platform and Stripe (payments). This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Cookies

This website doesn't set any cookies itself. Calendly may set its own cookies when you open the booking page.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to us using it. Just email us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
